The technology includes
- Radiometric enrichment of the material +8 mm in size with use of two separation methods:
X-ray-radiometric analysis for allocation of the enriched product both lamp tailings, and
X-ray-luminescence analysis for the subsequent distinquishing of the manganese concentrate
and the phosphorous commodity product;
- Chemical enrichment of products using Hausmanite method;
- Enrichment of the material -8+0 mm in size using magnetic separation.
The technology provides to product
- 1-quality carbonaceous manganese concentrates of lumb- and agglomerate classes
containing more than 30 % of manganese and less than 0.16 % of phosphorus;
- Oxide concentrate of chemical enrichment containing 50 % of manganese and 0.6 % of
phosphorus.
The technology is low-wasted, highly profitable, and ecologically
safety; it saves up mineral resources.
The extraction of manganese in commodity product reaches is up to 88 %.
Forms of co-operation
- Carrying out laboratory-industrial tests;
- Drawing up technological rules;
- Participation in development of deposits.
