Electro-plasma technology for receptions of superclean materials and precious stones

The technology is based of accelerator engineering in the field of of formation of of a high voltage pulses (up to 1 õ 106 volts) with pulse energy n.100 joules at the steepness of an impulse front about 10-7ñ (100íñ. When applying of a high voltage to a solid, the following consecutive processes take place:- the ionization with the subsequent avalanche duplication of charges; -the formation of conducting channels, - the growth in them of pressure and cracks formation, etc. Thus the density of cracks on borders of mineral accretions raises. This circumstance allows to carry out the disintegration of minerals selectively in contrast to traditional mechanical methods. The mechanism of crushings is essentially other, than traditional methods of ore crushing. The method is also low-power-spent by virtue of the fact that the break of a material occurs under stretching efforts from whitin, instead of compressing efforts from the outside, as the classical cruscing methods assume.

The technology allows to reduce considerably the impurity contents in minerals (icluding, occuring in structure), to change some properties of mineral, for example, to lower 3-6 times harmful impurities in quartz, depending on a type of an impurity.

The technology is high-effective and has advantages over expensive and labour-consuming traditional chemical methods.
