High-perfomance technology of processing of tin-tungsten ores

The technology of processing of tin-polymetalic and tin-tungsten ores is offered.

The technology is protected by copyright certificate and patents. It includes the following stages:

  1. Radiometric enrichment. The method allows to rank ores according to quality, to leave out stone tailings, to previously reduce the material by 80% for subsequent deep enrichment);
  2. Gravity enrichment. The method combines the following processes: separation on jigging mashines, screw separation, table concentration, enrichment of slimes);
  3. Flotation (selective/collective, collective/selective, selective using effective collectors and not-toxic components);
  4. Magnetic and electrical separation in a combination with selective flotation (for ranking commodity tin and tungsten products on As, F, S impurities).

Advantages: · Extraction in commodity concentrates of tin and tungsten extraction of 75-82%, and nonferrous and precious metal -85-95 %; · Through extraction of tin and tungsten up to 80-85 % in collective polymetal concentrates; · Low energy capacity, low waste products, and ecological safety.

The technology was tested in pilot operations for several deposits of Far East (Primorsky District).
