FORECAST, SEARCH AND ESTIMATION OF URANIC DEPOSITS, SUITABLE TO SLIT UNDERGROUND LEACHING (ISL)

 The programme of lection and practical lessons.

  1. Introductory course. Leading undustrial uranic, deposits, the condition of world uranic, raw base and perspective of it’s development by assimilation of infilter deposits.
  2. Modern theoretical bases of infilter uranic ore mining.
  3. Main geological-undustrial types of infilter uranic deposits.
  4. The methods of forecast search working
  5. Methods of detailed estemated and prospected works.
  6. Geotechnological work during estimation and prospecting of the deposits.
  7. Prognosis of ecological consequences of assimilation the deposits, the methods of recultivation residual solutions (ISL).
  8. Geological-economy estimation of the deposits.
  9. Complex study of slits (documentation and testing of chink, geophysical and hydro-geological searches), inspection of geological collections.

  10. Laboratory geotechnological, mineralogical and analytical surches.

Volume of lecture and practical methods of instruction – 120 hours/1 month

The Place to conduct lessons-Moscow, All-Russian Research Institute of Mineral Resources (VIMS).
